Probably because there’s almost nothing that could justify the current campaign in Iran, and bringing up negative information/news about Iran at this moment specifically is overwhelmingly what the right is doing to try and justify this illegal campaign.

it’s not that you can’t have an opinion, it’s that people are wary of critique on iran specifically in this moment because they don’t want to justify the campaign that involves blowing up multiple schools
