How are smart phones equivalent to this? How are traffic sensors equivalent to this? Traffic cams I can see, but ones that just sense an object is there and doesn’t send data anywhere?

Plus if they really are unconstitutional someone can bring a court challenge. These rednecks are npt the authorities on the constitution they imagine themselves to be. That's why we have federal courts.
