You realize France and the US are offering to escort ships through the strait of Hormuz and the US has basically blown up Iran’s entire Navy and Air Force. We’re also actively destroying their missile launchers and drones. So they have almost nothing to truly project actual power to fully shut down the strait

The don’t need a navy to close the strait, they have missiles. They’ve already hit several ships and made insurance basically impossible to get for ships trying to travel through

If we take out their launchers they have nothing to shoot their missiles with and not every missile is compatible with every launcher. Shoot the archer not the arrow
