One thing I thought about today is once Trump leaves office, I truly think alot of bigoted people will go back to not caring about politics. Trump was the voice of the uneducated, racist, homophobic, and now pedophiles. The war will be over soon

I want to carefully note the structures Trump&Co. are putting in place are exploitable for the next person who has authoritarian aspirations.

MAGA is dying yes but unfortunately the damage he’s doing will be around for decades longer The Supreme Court nominations, the gutting of public education, etc.

Heres why I think it wont be as successful. The ones who we currently see following Trumps footsteps aren’t as successful politically. MTG, Vivek Ramaswamy, the current speaker of the House, etc. we are also currently watching MAGA itself crumble. Now I do think the Republican Party will rebound and keep some of these negative things while also drawing back some of the outward bigoted ideologies to gain popularity. But another Trump wont happen for a long time

Well see that could swing either way tbh. I strongly believe the next President will be a Democrat. I also believe Dems will hold a trifecta of control. What Dems do with that power is crucial. Will they deconstruct what Trump has done or will they fumble it
