I think that Texas quite literally rewriting history right now despite warnings by their own historians saying it’s inaccurate and will cause problems really goes to show that people have agendas they’ll push regardless of consequences

They’re rewriting a lot of their history curriculum. I don’t know what OP is referring to but the highlights are - removing references to Islam making algebra/astronomy - specifically referring to Islamic conquests as brutal/ anti women / slavery, and teaching “radical Islam” as the cause of 9/11 instead of 1 terrorist group - requiring students to know 1948 was the year Israel was founded on the Jews ancestral homeland

Well at least our education system is a complete joke and kids are addicted to 25/8 scrolling so maybe they’ll just miss all the propaganda
