They are desperate for ANY moral footing. They really really really don’t like how we can constantly justify calling them terrible people so when people don’t particularly care that Kirk died they go “SEE?? SEE?? IM NOT A BAD PERSON BECAUSE I FEEL BAD FOR HIM!! WHERES YOUR EMPATHY?? HUH??”
