Welp it's the first mass shooting there in 16 years. They get international news attention. We've had more mass shootings than days this year and we don't get news coverage for half of them.

I mean, you have a fair point there’s another dimension to it as well though, and I don’t really feel like getting into it cause it’s upsetting to me

I mean a dimension to this shooting in particular, yes it’s absolutely insane that ppl stopped caring about it here bc it’s so common here, but trust me if this kinda shooting happened here it would be just as huge
