If you use posts that she has had on her Instagram you can clearly see she is far along in the pregnancy based on what she looked like before hand. If you have miscarriage it is under 20 weeks once you hit 20 weeks it becomes a stillborn, which is at the least it is looking like and you can’t handle that on your own

If you have a still born you legally can’t handle it on your own as you have a child. You have to give birth to said child to have it.

They wouldn’t call a miscarriage a deceased infant because it isn’t. So yeah it kinda does. Doesn’t mean it was full term but it does mean that the child was born after 20 weeks
