Honestly, bc I’m so deep into east Asian spaces, the only politics I care about is the ongoing China/Japan feud. Especially since the Chinese in Japanese in my life compete over whose country I get to live in later on

Well I’m half Chinese, and I speak both Chinese and Japanese— but I behave more Japanese so it’s kind of funny. What have you learned in Chinese studies anyway?

I’m doing it as language intensive. But ive otherwise focused as much as I can on the international business and foreign relations aspect

Well, I grew up on the culture, so I’m in the kind of situation where essentially people want to you know make you part of the family. That’s business for you. I also assume you know why Chinamaxxing is a trend too?

These days, I’m leaning towards the Japanese. Especially because of the whole extended Chinese family thing really makes obligations a pain. It’s quite the horse race I’m watching in my life.
