ok hear me out, what if greenland found a person who was already selling their plot of land (like a few acres) and then presented that to Trump in a massive ceremony and then he technically bought Greenland because he owns a piece of land there...

Neat thing, Greenland actually doesn’t allow private ownership of land. You can own buildings and be granted rights to use specific plots of land, but you can’t buy or sell the land itself

They also just introduced a law that only Greenlandic, Faroese, danish citizens, can apply for allotment rights, or non citizens who have lived in Greenland for 2+ years
