The thing about the trans people in sports “issue” is that it’s blown out of proportion. Trans women have an insignificant advantage compared to cis women and there just aren’t that many of them. All of the popular “examples” are fake (more in comment)

or exaggerated to the point of being fake. If we made categories for unfair biological differences in sports we’d have way more than two categories. If you really want fairness in sports, we should rethink the way that we categorize sports. Our ideas of sex, gender, and fairness have changed so much in even the past 40 years that we need to find something more complex than an inaccurate (and in many ways misogynistic) “gender” division.
