It’s clear that Trump thought the US and Israel could just kill Khamenei and his family and Iran would roll right over and accept whatever he wanted. There’s no offramp and now he’s gonna have to lift sanctions on Russian oil or it’s gonna be $150/barrel

Yeah Russia is sitting on TONS of oil right now that they’ve been trying to get rid of. And all of the sudden that’s not looking so bad for Europe. Not to mention all that extra cash isn’t just going to a country we don’t like, but one that we are actively bankrolling a war against and who might potentially aid our direct adversary militarily. It’s moronic
