No. In September we bombed a Venezuelan boat. There were two survivors after the first attack we proceeded to bomb again. Which constitutes a war crime. We committed a war crime against Venezuela. So yeah, in a way we bombed Venezuela, but not technically YET as #1 said. I’d be willing to bet there will be more and quite possibly a war

I know that, but there was something that happened earlier today that apparently constitutes as a “land strike” but I couldn’t get any straight answers on what exactly happened.
