I mean tbf it’s not like they were committing crimes by marching around. In the legal sense they have done nothing worth prosecuting. Socially they are outcasted and frowned upon.

The problem with Nazis is it never stops at marches. I’m all for free speech, maybe even close to an absolutist, but Nazis will never deserve a public space. The second they gain a modicum of power they will use it to attack anyone that isn’t them
