You mean the war that’s had a record low friendly casualties and a record high enemy casualties with a fraction of the cost… and I mean FRACTION of the cost of the previous two wars? (Minus Venezuela but don’t even get me started on the stats there) People focus on the the opposing nation’s civilian casualties and rightfully so, no mistakes is what we should aim for, but watching what doing that took out of one of my former roommates and hearing him get grilled over it after they just 1/2
2/2 Venezuela and were working 70 hour weeks. The fucking pizza shop near the pentagon may as well have been responsible for the amount of stress they were under when that error was made. It’s tragic… don’t get me wrong, but the hubris people must have to be like “I don’t think they handled that well.” Is baffling.
“Destroying a regime that we have unofficially been at war with for decades, is responsible for 99% of the EFP deaths in Iraq/Afghanistan as well as fighting under the guise of being “Iraqi militia”” You can sprinkle on all the stuff about their abhorrent crimes against humanity on their own people if you like.
