Far left ppl are now saying they will not vote for dems in the mid terms if they aren’t running on abolishing ICE. Its almost as if you all had the same thought process for the presidential election and that did not work out in Anyone’s favor

What does more democrats in office get us? We had as much leverage as possible during the shutdown and they folded (and got literally nothing out of it). They voted to increase ICE funding. They voted to send more money to Israel. They are blatantly controlled opposition, they do what they can to keep some popularity, and at the end of the day give the republicans whatever it is they want. Every. Single. Time.

It’s not that they would do the same, they wouldn’t. It’s that they would do nothing to help the people, and the next Republican administration would be inevitable. Giving republicans 4 years to plan is part of why things are so bad right now.
