Nope. They are not official. That being said, they do carry weight and you can use them as grounds for impeachment or legal proceedings as they did with Jan 6th.

Yeah you’d need an official EO to match. A Tweet is not an executive order, law, change regulations, or legally obligate agencies to do anything. Of course, if you fail to comply, Trump can fire/replace you for a different reason or no reason at all.
