Men do not naturally have clearer skin. They produce more oil and have thicker skin due to testosterone and are more prone to breakouts. A lot of the reason why men seem to usually have clearer skin is because women grow up putting a bunch of shit on their face that clogs their pores (because of societal pressure to use makeup from a young age). Also women tend to experience more stress in general than men (stress is bad for skin) due to patriarchal societal structure, peer pressure, abuse, etc.
