I mean this with the utmost humility, my conservative parents/friends don’t fear socialism or people of foreign religions. It’s more like… pitty?

Like it doesn’t even seem like they hate yall, it’s more like when they talk about a friend who bought a car they know is falling apart… but they already bought it so… they are just waiting to offer to give them a ride when they need it cuz the car is in the shop. That’s the vibe I see.
