It’s very “doomer” in tone but that’s just a hypothetical 2 year timeline. AI is gonna make massive advancements regardless and Trump will be in power during a huge chunk of it sadly.

AI2027 was a fascinating read and I think that a lot of what they predicted will likely end up being approximately correct (or at least the right idea), but the timeline is likely not very accurate. The odds of superintelligent AI arriving in the next two years are pretty slim
