The more realistic version would have democrats as "importing brown people for slave labor" but the republican one is accurate

Centrist here. IMHO the guy in the middle is the only sane one in the picture. Both parties are equally bad. And yes I like getting pegged

it’s just a refusal to pick sides in a circumstance where it more-so indicates that (1.) they feel the current political climate does not and will not effect them and (2.) they feel they have no moral obligation to engage with political discourse [because they are unconcerned with the way minorities are treated negatively by the status quo] (yes- this also includes “apolitical” people along with “centrists”.)
