So recruiters are using ai to hire people, and people are using ai to apply. Ai is grading applications from ai which used ai to pass the grade. So what are we doing? What’s the point? None of this makes sense.

employers dont want to hire but have postings because why not, it probably looks good and if theres someone really good then maybe. job seekers are in hell. ai resume readers into ai interviews into nothingness. ai grading means the teacher may provide legitimately nothing, they have a textbook that does the teaching and a robot doing the feedback. students arent learning anything because of laziness and no expert feedback, no reason to try because nothing matters other than a pass which ai does
