It varies from state to state, I think OP could make the case that they had a reasonable expectation of privacy if the camera was focused solely on them

Yeah, not the biggest fan of 🧻 that being said, I don’t think there is a reasonable expectation of privacy when you are in public. If they start filming, you just do something that they cannot share for one reason or another start Twerking make it clap for real do it for the community. What would sexy red do?
