I know it is. But saying the most Republican part of the state had a court say it’s illegal isn’t exactly indicative of what the Supreme Court of VA will say

dems literally proposed a federal one and republicans killed it. the reality is that with fair maps there’d only be a handful of red states in the country. most would be kind of in-between instead of having GOP trifectas forever
