People who don’t remember 9/11 are usually the ones who say stupid stuff like this
we get SO upset about 911 when we do pretty much the same thing to other countries all the time

what would iran give for its young people not to know violence from a foreign nation right now? their suffering and the suffering of so many others is justified off of an event from a quarter century ago that we also played a direct hand in setting off, 9/11 based fearmongering can and should be rightfully criticized

People talk about 9/11 and it’s like they’re not talking about the planes yeeting into the towers, it’s like they’re referencing the trail of tears or something as a justification for why they have no interest in understanding complex geopolitics

Iran and 9/11 are not particularly related, anyone trying to relate them should work at a rubber factory to work on other times of extreme stretching. The belief that we have conflict with Iran because of 9/11 is whack stuff. It’s like your understanding of history is that there was a civil war sometime and later we killed some kids

It’s beautiful that you think this is an argument. Please think. Whether I am 50 or 12, it would not change the meaning, intention, or message of my post. You don’t understand what you just read, and you will probably respond to this comment with some predictable nonsense vindicating my belief that you can only argue in TikTok and “I know what you are but what am I”

by your logic (incomprehensible and intentionally obfuscated) the bush admin and rudy giuliani were far worse than whatever actors did the terrorist attacks since multiples of the deaths of the crash and collapse died due to side effects that giuliani and bush knew about but refused to speak on

That would be goated, but I have always been a registered independent. I personally felt grossed out enough by seeing Republican politics that I am not a member of the party. I do not vote straight R, I do vote for D, I am frustrated in the same way all of my generation feels towards the slow disaster the last 18 months was. Do you have a real guess for my ideology? it would be such a cop out to say I don’t exactly know, so I won’t do that lol

I don’t think you understand anything I’ve said. I am opposed to 9/11. Do not target civilians on American soil. I am pro Afghanistan and Iraq war. Both countries were in better positions at the end of those wars then where they started.

I mean Republican beliefs have not been static for 150 years It changes over time. Historically, only Ronald Reagan and Bush were Hawks, the rest of the Republican Party history is isolationist. That includes Trump.

‘Trumpism’ is hopefully just your dumb way of saying populism And yes. They did. Very quickly. Like. Where is George bush? Where is Liz Cheney? Where is George will? Karl Rove? Trump ripped the Republican Party of your childhood apart For decades republicans were the well educated rich party They have fled the party to become independents, democrats, and non-voters
