It’s crazy that people still don’t see the difference between prices surging due to temporary insurance rate hikes from global conflict vs bad policy creating a literal shortage and depleting the reserves to artificially and minimally reduce the impact. If war in Iran is successful it quite literally would stabilize the oil industry more than it was before

We were fine without the war. Idiot. Trump has exhausted all our allies, they don’t want to help because he’s an egotistical idiot. We need 200 billion dollars for this fucking war. It’s not gonna go well even if we will. There will always be a grudge on us. The prices will probably never get even close to what they were before with trump in office.

Prices will go right back down when insurance premiums go down. And if that’s the case with our allies then we’ll save even more money by pulling out of NATO. If “allies” won’t help in a fight for shared interests, then what kind of allies are they? It’s obviously not a good thing that prices are up right now but it’s a crisis with a very clear and achievable solution.

Well since you don’t want to respond, #2 is full of bullshit. Biden didn’t create a shortage nor did his policy. Oil production under Biden was higher than any point under trump. The global conflict was initiated by Trump therefore he is responsible for that. A war in Iran will not stabilize the oil industry because we’ve tried several times to do the same thing in the middle east and failed. Your entire comment is bs Trump worship propaganda.

Allies are refusing to send ships to protect ships that sell them THEIR oil. The US gets almost no oil from the Straight. They’re not willing to help us protect their own assets, that’s called being a bad ally. If that’s the case we 100% should stop funding NATO
