This rhetoric implies that democrats didn’t pass the inflation reduction act and republicans aren’t responsible for the majority of US recessions and increase in debt. Democrats are largely better from a long-term economic standpoint. Just because they’re not perfect doesn’t mean they’re the same as republicans

Infighting is required for fascism to take root (see rise of Nazis) so lobbyists and big billionaires spend enough money in politics to ensure that they get their way no matter what, which leads to infighting on the left as people believe their politicians are not doing anything to help them. This allows fascism to take hold.

When you measure how an economy is doing by GDP and debt and not by unemployment and poverty rate you have already lost the plot. The economy isn’t just the toy of some rich people being controlled by the suits in DC, it’s literal life or death for most people.
