Maybe my videos different from what you’re seeing but when i slowed it down he was already on her hood when the shot rang out. I don’t blame her for being intimidated at all i would be scared too but i don’t think it’s normal to see someone standing in front of your car and proceed to accelerate, I bet the officer was intimidated too when she suddenly reversed and proceeded to accelerate with him still standing in front of her car

I’m not entirely sure the stop (and thus the order to get out of the car) is legal. ICE can’t conduct stops for traffic violations. But purposely blocking ICE cars could be some other violation.

She reverses, the ice officer literally jumps in front of her car as she shifts into drive, she moves forward an inch and isn’t even going to hit the officer but is executed on the spot and her corpse slumps on the pedal. If tot watched the video you can clearly see she wasn’t trying to hit the officer based on where her tires were pointing. You might be able to actually see the video if your face wasn’t on the ground locking boots all the time

Considering he wasn’t hit, the angle of her tires, the fact she was told to turn around/move, and the amount of officers surrounding her (people to keep track of) and the shooter literally jumping in front of her car at the last second, I’d say she isn’t guilty and it was an unjustified murder

There’s videos from different angles. I’ve seen at least two at this point. Watch the different perspectives for yourself and come to a conclusion, but from what I’ve seen it was very clear that she moved her car to not hit him.

I’ve seen multiple angles, the guy moves from the right side of the vehicle to the left rapidly as she comes to a stop from reversing, then stands there as she starts to move forward and almost moves into the way more in order to shoot her through the front windshield. She was obviously not trying to hit the guy but his untrained instigating villain ass needed to victimize himself so he could commit violence and the protestors weren’t giving him any justifiable options

It’s their job to try and stop those they’re detaining from fleeing so it makes sense he would do that, i don’t remember hearing anyone tell her to get out of here i remember hearing “get out of the car” as an officer was yanking on her door handle. If an officer is actively telling you to get out of your car and yanking on your door and then you keep driving that’s not really complying with orders at all
