The way that many of you ran with the narrative that affirmative action/DEI Initiatives was giving “unqualified” minorities high positions and acceptance into prestigious schools was nothing more than you all showing how racist you are

I think you assuming any minority in a position of prestige is a lot more racist than wanting to provide more equity to underprivileged communities that are still suffering from systemic oppression

the post is pro-DEI. it criticizes racist people, who attacked DEI programs by assuming minorities in positions of power were only there because of affirmative action.
