I am not anti-gun, I am pro-bow. These mfers couldn’t use a recurve or a crossbow to defend their feeble villages — they therefore are weak and deserve to be robbed

But yeah I have at very few times been in grizzly country in the backcountry with no guns ever since owning one. Same with bear spray.

You should have a gun when going into grizzly country, but you don’t need overkill. Plus you want something you can draw fairly easily.

Also overkill for grizzlies is like african game rounds or 50 bmg imo, 7.62x39 is still on the very small side and really is only offering you enough penetration, not stopping power. Hence the FRT

I don’t agree with you, but I don’t disagree with you. Compound bows are for beginners, unlike the levels of violence I unleash on settled farmering peoples which is not for beginners
