Looking down upon someone for simply not having a degree is definitely elitist, I can agree with that. Esp with how fucking expensive college is now, its tone deaf as hell to judge people for not having the means to pursue more schooling However, I don’t think it’s elitist of me to laugh at my cousins who try to explain to me why the Holocaust was actually a good thing when my degree is literally in Holocaust studies
