Can we all stop framing the Epstein files as a problem for Republicans instead of a problem for Republicans AND Democrats. Both parties are full of fucked up people.

People are specifically giving repubs shit right now because Trump campaigned on releasing the files, while having an EXTENSIVE history with Epstein. Also the left as a whole hasn’t exactly been defending anyone that’s rumored or confirmed to be on the files. I don’t think anyone is going to be devastated to find out that bill Clinton was a perv, but you cannot say the same about Trump.

You are giving them a pass when you reframe every discussion and argument surrounding the release of the files as solely the responsibility of current republicans. Not any democrats (or past republicans even) who were in charge from the beginning of his investigation starting in 2008. “Yeah but Trump said he would” WHY DIDNT ANY DEMOCRAT SAY IT BEFORE HIM??????
