Tell me why I went to a public pool today and literally every lifeguard is a skinny white guy??? I live in a very diverse area. Their hiring practices need to be investigated. They’ve got 8 guards and a supervisor and all 9 are skinny white guys.

Blacks can’t swim, blacks didn’t apply for the job, blacks got hired then fired because they tried stealing stuff, didn’t meant the requirements to get hired AKA prove you can swim and save someone’s life. There’s so many reasons but of course you jump to racism
