Well except if you were a scientist, then you’ll get hired by the gov and bring us to space and developed the atomic bomb and develop half our aircraft and sea craft

As well as the bunch of German officials, generals and soldiers that put back into positions of power by both sides after the war. Japan got a pretty good deal as well for not much gain Theres also Franco and Salazar which died in 1975 and 1970.
