i know people who worked their ass off to get degrees in good areas, including me. my best friend studied biotechnology and has been searching for a job in the field with no luck at all. biotech is literally a booming field, there should be plenty to do. but everyone wants someone with years of experience.

People shitting on humanities and the arts like this is a large part of the reason we as a culture lack media literacy rn.

I got my degree in comp sci and it took me submitting 150+ applications a week to get even 1 company to get back to me. This isn’t a college major problem
