Won’t get a state charge if the AG doesn’t want to prosecute him. James Uthmeier has been AG for 10 months now and will run for reelection for a full term in 2026. If he doesn’t bring charges I hope Dems weaponize this in that race (which Gaetz may also be in, which is absurd)
