Shit dude I’m not crazy enough to expect a blue Texas lol, him being the one to make it to November would already surpass my expectations

Idk personally as a religious guy on the left I like him. He’s not anywhere near perfect but he’s better than the usual Dem.

Plus, I (non-Texan FYI) do think he’d do a better job of keeping it kinda close than Crockett. Think losing by 5-7% instead of like 10-12%

Everyone on here likes Talarico because Crockett voted to fund the iron dome, and idk if there’s any indication that Talarico wouldn’t do the same

Talarico is a very electable candidate. He is very Christian but uses his biblical expertise to criticize republicans.

Thank y’all for the input, seems like a cool guy, hope he does well. No idea why people are downvoting I was just genuinely curious.

People on here downvote any criticism or questioning of Talarico and it’s honestly a bit weird

Texas is considered “likely” Republican instead of “safe” Republican for this race which is good. And there were about 2.4 million votes cast in both primaries, which if that translates to vote totals in November could mean a really close race
