 I had some family members SCREAMING today about how pro Palestine ppl are supporting ‘terrorists’ and. Easy now. We are a milk toast white family from the US. I get FOX news is inflammatory but you don’t need to be doing all that guys Israel will be ok 😭

It’s definitely radicalized my otherwise fairly moderate parents. They’re reasonable people in every regard, it’s just FOX seems to know how to push at their outrage button until they completely refuse to see nuance. They think the pro Palestine movement is a bunch of Hamas supporting Jew killers and it’s like, you guys aren’t extreme people. wtf happened to yall

Real. I don’t think I’m some critical thinking wizard or anything, but I am constantly shocked at how many seemingly otherwise-rational people get suckered by their propaganda. It’s so disheartening.
