earlier tn i verbalized where i stand in my job search and it has me spiraling. the company i interned for now has the same position posted w a requirement of 3 yrs experience my old company is posting the same position i was in for $13k less per year

like as in experience directly related to that field, i now have ~2 1/2. like i could probs have a shot at getting hired w them. it’s more so the fact that their advertised salary from a direct school>entry level position has not changed in 5 years but now also requires 3 years of experience in that field.
