Also like, shooting the driver won’t stop a car that’s already accelerating from stopping? She literally couldn’t brake or steer anymore. How tf is that action saving his life? “Saving his life” (avoiding a minor injury maybe) is STEPPING OUT OF THE WAY.

You can literally see that the car keeps moving after she is dead. Shooting her to stop the car is so incredibly pointless, and NO ONE is talking about it.

That’s why all law enforcement agencies, including the DHS, forbids shooting at a moving vehicle.

Yep, it is a completely useless action. Policy, common sense, and his own actions, demonstrate that the defensive action is moving away. Taking a shot was a further, unnecessary use of deadly force. If it were a normal interaction between citizens, I believe he would not have a successful self defense claim.
