The gamblification of everything is definitely a sign people are ultra struggling and are literally willing to lose money for a chance to win some to make ends meet. It's so sad.
I would agree if it weren’t for the fact boomers are disproportionately represented, while also not being the primary demographic that is struggling

i disagree, it’s becoming more popular because it’s so easy to access through your phone and online. Used to you had to go to a casino, so therefore less gamblers overall. Now it’s a touch away
