She wasnt bystanding, she was in her car. It was a stop for her. She was turning around and the agent is trying to claim he was infront (of a turning vehicle) According to DOJ regardless, its unlawful to discharge ur weapon into a vehicle unless youre being threatened with a weapon or the vehicle poses imminent severe threat. There was neither as i said the car was TURNING And he was diagonal to it not infront even if she went straight she would have just nudged him out of the way. Stay factual.
