One interesting thing I’ve unfortunately discovered from YouTube recs is that there are some white nationalists who really hate the Out-of-Africa human developmental theory, and as a result, they’ve come up with some really stupid alternative theories.

Tell me more. Im familiar with the pro-India and pro-China models that nationalists from those countries come up with. And with the “humans evolved independently on every continent” idea that used to be popular in Europe. But I haven’t heard of this

They definitely think Jesus came down from heaven with blue eyes and blonde hair, straight into the U.S. and created pale blonde Adam and Eve, and they think Eve was completely subservient towards Adam, and she had a bunch of plastic surgery and bad makeup.

I’ve seen a few separate ones, most of them are basically racist supernatural creation myths that are like “people came from Hyperborea” but the most scientific one I saw stole the Indo-European Caucuses hypothesis and just said that actually it was the human genesis event lol. I haven’t heard the Chinese or Indian ones but I’m not surprised nationalists from both places have come up with their own models.

Yeah the China one is especially big there, the India one less so. Claims modern humans evolved from homo erectus in China.
