Load bearing “and her dad”. Considering that parents have the option to take their children with them when they’re taken into ICE custody, this isn’t uncommon. Having a child shouldn’t mean you’re exempt from following the law

You know what I’d feel a lot safer about in this country. ICE agents not doing this period. And not breaking and entering without warrants. That is FAR more concerning than these ppl being here illegally.

I agree with the warrants part, but what’s wrong with arresting people who have children and then giving the parents the decision whether they want their kid with them or in the custody of a family member or friend? It’s disingenuous of the media to frame these cases as ICE specifically targeting children

No one is kidnapping children. These children are in custody with their parents by choice. Would you prefer that having a child prevents you from ever being convicted of a crime?
