I worked for Lockheed and we do 4x10. It’s nice but it can be tough to do stuff before and after work, like gym before and then going out after is rly tuff.

I like how france put it: if you work 32 hours per week, that’ll reduce unemployment by forcing your company to hire more staff to pick up those 8 hrs/week (1 new hire per 4 existing workers), although they also wanted to keep hourly wages the same
