We are a plutocracy where the rule of law has effectively ceased to exist. per the 14th amendment Trump cannot even be president, so all bets are off there are no rules except might makes right.

Yeah, a lot of the theories just don’t work in modern day Like law, economics theories, seem useful but useless when like the whole goal of MAGA is to make minority’s lives miserable since somehow that will bring America prosperity

I’m sure you’re aware of this also, but that leaked memo telling agents they can use an administrative warrant to gain entry to a dwelling by any means necessary is a blatant violation of the fourth amendment. If you don’t have a warrant signed by a judge with my name and address on it, my door is not opening for you.

I.e. there were LITERALLY no hundred billionaires 10 years ago, this recent idea of just providing solely to the top 1% doesn’t mesh well with classic economics

hardly, libertarianism has existed for like 60 years as a made up political movement to do exactly that. entire schools of economics exist solely to explain why we should devote all our effort to that. this was literally the politically dominant economic school to some degree for a solid portion of our recent history (even though most economists then and now recognized it as bunk)
