I can assure you, that is not a hot take. Not all people are meant to be parents, but I see the incoming argument of that not being the governments role to decide 😔

100% bc parents that want to adopt have to do more than ppl having natural birth. like what’s the difference?

i don't think they should be able to restrict you from having kids but i do think they should be able to mandate parental/family education within reason and at no cost to parents
