Hasn’t “professional degree” historically meant lawyer or doctor/dentist/etc?

oh it sounds like it’s basically just med school (minus physicians assistants) and law

I don’t agree with the loan caps generally but I guess it makes sense bc med and law school are significantly more expensive than other grad programs.
So it’s like. equitable to give those programs a higher cap I guess
