The quality of life is most certainly better there just because of regulations against selling the cheapest possible processed food en masse to every consumer birth to death

I would agree yes especially with policies and laws, European countries lack some of the policies and laws that we have in the US and that could be due to them not being a melting pot of people and different cultures but I do believe relatively we have a good structure of what we should be doing although I do believe Europeans have better food quality and air quality(global warming projects) and they have better environmental and agricultural needs

I disagree. We have choices to buy healthy or shitty food. They have few AC units, big online speech restrictions which many see as infringing on 1A if it were to happen here, we have a more diverse land geography with national parks, and a lot of high tax high regulation areas that are discouraging investment. Plus I doubt places like Bosnia are enforcing the whole healthy food thing too much.
