Don’t like Kamala much (voted for her tho) but I lowkirkenuinely think she would’ve won if Biden didn’t try to run. A lot of median voter types I talked to like didn’t know what she stood for at all bc she didn’t have time to properly solidify her positions n shit

Certain left wing ideas like tax funded healthcare are actually quite popular, I will chalk up the lack of a real American left wing to a) a general lack of political education in the general American populace and b) deliberate efforts by the capital class to dissuade leftist thought in media and government
